Sleep Support Options

If you’re here, then you must be ready for a change – maybe you’re living in survival mode, and you don’t see a way out or how to make a change OR maybe you just need a little guidance to continue improving your child’s sleep. Whatever your situation, we have sleep help for you!

We offer help in all shapes and sizes to fit your needs and your budget.

If you’re looking for a bit of guidance or education to make sure you’re doing things right OR to ensure your good little sleeper continues to sleep well, then I recommend looking into my live group sleep classes. I offer very affordable live group sleep classes for each age range as well as specialized sleep topics (like rough nap times) to help you learn more and to answer your sleep questions.
If live group classes aren’t your thing, then you can check out my prerecorded sleep education and support videos that you can watch at your convenience. I offer videos for various ages and specific topics to help you get the best education and guidance to support you and your family.
Both live group classes as well as my pre-recorded videos are an easily accessible and affordable way to support your families sleep.

If you’re not a fan of group classes or prerecorded videos, but need personalized advice, then private 1-on-1 sleep coaching sessions may be the perfect option for you. These sessions are tailored to your unique needs and offer a chance to talk with a sleep expert who can provide specific guidance and direction.

Whether you’re seeking general sleep information or more detailed guidance on a particular sleep concern, we offer a 1 hour private session to cover all the information you need.

If you’re interested in scheduling a private session, you can see my availability here

Packages are simple, the same exact support is offered for each package, the only decision is how long do you need help.

The right support depends on your unique sleep situation, your sleep goals and your timeline. Everything comes down to how comfortable you are with making a change and your child’s tears.

The bigger the change, the bigger the tears.

If you want to avoid the heartache of your child crying it out, then we have to consider how intense the changes that we make are for them. This means if you make changes more slowly, then often times you can avoid the high intensity crying that most parents can’t stand.

That is why I focus on making changes that lessen the intensity for the child while the parents learn how to best soothe and transition their child to the new desired sleep habits. This process can take time, thus why I offer support for different durations.

If we’re making only small or minor adjustments, then the 2 week support would be a good fit – like removing the swaddle or transitioning out of a basinet or reducing overnight feedings.

If we’re make a lot of changes the 4 or 8 week support packages would be recommended – this would be for parents that want to remove rocking, or feeding to sleep and have their child sleep through the night or for my older kiddos to get the parents out of the room so their toddler doesn’t need them to sit or lay with them to sleep.

The beauty of my process is by avoiding high intense changes, we help the parents avoid stress and overwhelming feelings. This means parents can feel calm and confident about how to support and comfort their child in a hands-on way without the guilt of leaving our child to cry it out AND still see results!

FAQs about my services:

How often do we meet or talk during our support package?
As often as you need! Most families talk with me about 1 to 3 times a week on average via phone, email and/or text. You will have access to email, text or schedule a video or phone call whenever you need. Whenever you have questions, you can reach out and don’t have to worry about running out of phone call or emails support.
Certainly! I’ve seen parents do amazing things in this short period of time. The process just looks different and would be a hard sprint towards their goal instead of marathon pace.

For my parents who want to avoid the stress of making a lot of changes or big adjustments all at once or can’t handle tears and intensity, I recommend my 4 or 8 week support option as this gives us time to move more at the child pace, meaning less tears.

Yes, of course! At any point during our time together you can upgrade and just pay the difference to the longer support option.

I do! This is a local option only, of course, and is still dependent on the age of the child and the situation. There is a longer scheduling period for in-home support as I travel through the state to support families. HOWEVER, I find that my approach and strategies are less intense and therefore do not require an in-home support person to help. We focus on building new positive sleep habits before causing the stress of removing any comforts. This allows us to see great results without the need of high intense crying that leads parents to need the in-home support. We can discuss in-home support options if you’re interested in more detail during our initial meeting and it can always be added if needed.
